The villas are designed as two floor. At the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with WC and hand basin and 1 balcony. At the first floor there is 1 lounge with open plan kitchen, 1 WC with hand basin, 1 terrace with sea view on 120  m² floor area.

The buyer has the rent opportunity of his property by the resort management, thus it reduces investment payback of the investment period during the vacancy.

The buyer, his family and his visitors also will have the opportunity of 15% discounted prices for all the services given by the resort (food and beverage, hotel accommodation, sports club activities (will be completed in 2006) etc..

Annual maintenance charge for 2006 is 900 euro for villas. It includes water, gardening, general lightening, swimming pool expenses, security and technical service.
